Struers is a strong fit for AMETEK as a leader in materialographic preparation and analysis, built on strong application expertise, trusted customer relationships, and a broad portfolio of equipment, consumables, service, training, and support.
As part of the transaction, Struers becomes part of AMETEK's Materials Analysis Division and will continue to operate under the Struers name. AMETEK's resources and operating model provide additional support for long-term growth, continued innovation, and stronger service to customers over time.
